LRW #174 -- Viva la Vellum

My turn to host this week at Little Red Wagon,

and I'm asking you to dig into your wagon for some VELLUM.
Incorporate it into your project in any way (just make sure it is "clearly" used--pun intended!

I realize now that vellum doesn't always photograph well, but IRL the soft vellum panel makes it seem like these butterflies are fluttering in mid air.

Hope you have a chance to play along--link up your project here

Thanks 4 your time!

LRW #173 - Totally Teddies

Wow--that week flew by!  Can't believe it's Wednesday already--time for another Little Red Wagon challenge!

This week Jan has asked us to feature a TEDDY BEAR on our project.

We have friends who just had twins a couple of weeks ago, and I made them this card.

The girls were 10 weeks early, so they're still in the NICU.  We haven't even had the chance to see them, but we've been thinking about the whole family a lot and keeping them close in our prayers.

Hope you can join us this week.  Be sure to check out what cute teddy bears the other DT gals have featured, and then link your project back on the LRW site!

Thanks 4 your time!

LRW #172 - So LOVEly!

One day before Valentine's Day is perfect for our new challenge over at Little Red Wagon.

This week, Joanne has challenged us to make a card with the word LOVE on it.

Here's my take:

Hope you can play along!
Check out what the other DT gals have created first, then link up your project over on the LRW site!

Be sure to stop by tomorrow when I'll share the Valentine's treats I made for my son to give his classmates.

Thanks 4 your time!

LRW #171 - Inspiration Photo

There's nothing like a gorgeous photo with equally gorgeous colours to get your mojo going, and that's exactly what Dee has provided us this week at Little Red Wagon

Doesn't this make you just dream of warm weather?  It's so fresh and bold--love it!

The table setting made me create a card for a hostess.
I normally don't make cards with a lot of layers, but all the plate layers got me going . . .
I kept on going with these colours and made a baby card too!

I hope this photo gives you plenty of inspiration!
Be sure to check out with the rest of the DT created,
then link your project back on the LRW blog before next Tuesday!

Thanks 4 your time!
