LRW #168-Get Into Shape!

My turn this week to host the challenge over at Little Red Wagon! I got it posted on that site this morning as I was rushing out the door, so I didn't get to link it up here until now. Any way, here's the challenge . . .

The new year always comes with lots of resolutions to "get into shape". I know am always talking about the need to exercise more--but that just cuts into crafting time, doesn't it? ;)

So this week, I'm challenging you to get into shape in your crafting space by
using a shape repeatedly (that's right--lots of reps).

I originally created a different card for this challenge, but in my rush to get the challenge posted (I actually forgot it was my week to host--shh, don't tell anyone), I realized I hadn't taken a photo of that card yet. Ackk!  So I checked my folder of cards I have yet to post (it's a good thing I have lots), and alas, here was another card with lots of repeated shapes.  Granted, it's not a typical shape--heart, diamond (which I used in my original card), star, etc, but I think it still works. I stamped the shape image repeatedly to create the pattern.

Be sure to check out what the other girls on the DT created, and then link up your project over on the LRW blog here.

 Thanks 4 your time!

  1. oh, I love it! And those pearls are the perfect touch :)

  2. Very striking and beautiful, Tammy! I love how you used the repeated stamping to create this lovely composition! I also have "high hope" about my exercise resolutions...crafting time is winning so far ;)

  3. I think it works perfectly! Love the card, I love the way it flows and the colours.

  4. This is gorgeous Tammy!Love the placing of the stamping!
