Embossed PTI Flowers

Quick post this morning--I'm submitting this card for the Papertrey Paper Dolls Challenge #32 (a new challenge site for me!)
It required the following:
1. Embossing
2. Use any floral image from PTI    (I used Delightful Dahlia--my fav)
3. Spring colors

Here's my card:

I heat embossed the large Dahlia bloom onto Kraft cardstock, and then darkened the centres with Distress ink afterwards.

Have a great day!

Thanks 4 your time!

  5. Wow! I love how you created the background paper with the flower image and your coloring is wonderful. I think my favorite part is the little swirl of rhinestones. What a perfect touch! Thanks for playing along with the Dolls challenge.
