I also finally got my hands on some Bazzill kraft cardstock
(my local store had been sold out for a while), so I jumped on this challenge and actually made 2 cards!!
The challenge also requires us to use stripes on our creation--that stumped me for a while, until I remembered to dig out some patterned vellum I've had for years (no clue where I got it either it's been that long!!). So, my stripes are on the card, but they're not a primary feature.
Here are the two cards--not sure which one I like most?!
I also finally invested in some Versamark Ink--how did I ever live without it?? I think it's my new favourite product--you'll be seeing it a lot in my future creations ;) Here's a close up of both cards with supply lists . . .

These are both fabulous! And you are right...versamark looks fabulous...especially on kraft cardstock. I need to use mine more often! Thanks for the little push! Great job with the Embellish Mag color challenge!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part about these cards are your stitching! Love that it isn't the focus but it is there, peeking through, saying Look at Me! Of course the cards are both gorgeous too!
