Around the World Challenge #4--London

After making my blue sky for the birthday card I posted about here, I knew I wanted to use some of the scraps I had.  So when I saw the new Around the World Challenge, which featured some blue sky in the inspiration photo, I had to play along.
I loved the colour here!! I had some Maya Road clock rub-ons, so I also played with the "Big Ben" clock tower inspiration.  Here's my card:
IRL the blue on the card looks a lot more like the actual sky in the background.  I don't know why it turned so "aqua"-like in the photo.

Thanks 4 your time!

  1. Wow! Amazing card! Can't believe what you did inspired by the photo! I love the clock rub-on. Really great take on the challenge. Thanks for participating!

  2. I can see the sky! Love the color combo and the pieces you took from the inspiration. You have provided some absolutely wonderful inspiration for me today, thank you!

  3. Great take on the inspiration photo! Love your card, such great brights!

  4. Amazing card, the clock is perfect as is the color scheme.

  5. This is superb!. So crisp yet with softer detail like the background.

  6. I just stumbled across the challenge and now to your card... it's so great to see another Canadian's work out there- I'll be back to visit your blog again ;)

Thanks 4 leaving a comment--I love reading them!!
